Comment:
It is a very useful book, giving us a lot of information about health. We can learn about the importance of physical activity and a balanced diet for a healthy lifestyle. The topic is rather serious however, with the bright illustrations of the book children will find it very interesting. Three simple questions and answers (with page no.)
